Well, it’s that time of year again…time for Bring The Light’s THANKSGIVING FOOD-BANK event. This is our biggest foodbank of the year, and we need your help to make it bigger and better than ever. Last year we had volunteers serving at 3 locations! It’s time to do it again…will you help us distribute food staples, Thanksgiving dinner fixing’ and lots and lots of frozen turkeys to needy families in the Far East Dallas & South Dallas areas?

These are some of the poorest, if not the poorest, neighbourhoods in our area. Fourth in the country for child food insecurity!

This year our goal is to help 1,250 families across These locations are struggling to make it in these hard economic times. Each family will receive multiple boxes of food as well as a box full of those Thanksgiving dinner favorites AND a frozen turkey!
