311 Service Requests
The Office of Homeless Solutions Street Outreach Team has been tasked with the responsibility of responding to all homeless 311 service requests. The OHS Street Outreach Team cleans the areas in and around homeless encampments to make residents safer & healthier. If you would like to make a formal 311 request, call the hotline for service.

R.E.A.L. Time Rehousing
The City of Dallas Office of Homeless Solutions is taking action to reduce the number of homeless residents within our communities and to prevent further homelessness through a range of initiatives. This initiative is on track to house over 2,700 unique individuals by 2023 and now has a new goal of housing 6,000 unique individuals by 2025.

318 Outreach is meeting human needs by providing food to families in need, feeding, clothing, and housing the homeless, as well as providing other essential personal hygiene needs. Through our efforts in personal growth and development and in community contribution we discover the key to changing the world.
