We are Bring the Light Ministries, and we are dedicated to ending homelessness in Dallas. BTL brings a light to the lost, illuminating the way for those who are broken, starving, and most vulnerable. Through spiritual discipleship, the Word of God, and real acts of kindness, we provide for families in need across Dallas. By feeding, clothing, and housing the homeless, we bring essential services to those in extreme poverty.

BTL is one of the leading homeless charities in Dallas, and we work together with partners and volunteers to provide and manage housing, emergency shelters, food programs, outreach programs, and more. Our services include providing hygiene products, blankets, and other essentials to houseless folks throughout our city, as well as offering support services and referrals to those most in need.

There are several ways you can join BTL and help those who truly need it. Through giving, outreach programs, and community events, we can reduce and prevent homelessness across Dallas. Bring the Light Ministries is dedicated to meeting essential human needs by supporting families and individuals through Godly acts of service.

Planet Lincoln Foodbank Box Assembly

On Saturdays, we can see the grace of God firsthand. Through our drive-thru mobile foodbanks, we are able to serve 800-1200 people downtown, which means connecting with those most in need while providing them with essential items such as food, blankets, clothing, and more. Bring the Light Ministries has outreach teams and clean-up crews in need of volunteers—there are many ways to give back to the community while also having fun!

Procuring Housing

We work with the local city government and businesses to find new housing opportunities for the homeless, such as temporary shelters, living opportunities, and homes.

Boosting Health

By providing free hygiene products and other essential services, we can elevate those in extreme poverty and provide them with care, grace, and love.

Providing Opportunity

We work with local business leaders and non-profit groups to provide new and bountiful opportunities to those most in need.
